1. Services Provided
Rick’s Mobile Detailing provides professional mobile auto detailing services at the customer’s location. Services include exterior and interior detailing, waxing, shampooing, and add-on treatments. All services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion.
2. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments must be booked in advance. We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
3. Pricing & Payments
All pricing is based on vehicle condition, size, and requested services. Quotes provided online or via phone are estimates only. Final pricing may be adjusted after vehicle inspection. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, card, and mobile payment apps.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure:
Vehicle is accessible and unlocked at the agreed time.
Driveway or space is safe and legal for us to perform work.
Pets and valuables are secured during the detailing process.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We aim to exceed expectations. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of service. We will assess the issue and may offer a touch-up at no extra charge.
6. Liability Disclaimer
While we take every precaution, Rick’s Mobile Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, poor paint conditions, electrical malfunctions, or belongings left in the vehicle. We reserve the right to refuse service if the vehicle presents a safety hazard or is in extremely poor condition.
7. Weather & Rescheduling
In the case of bad weather, we may need to reschedule your appointment. We will notify you as early as possible and work to find a new time that fits your schedule.
8. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service for any reason, including unsafe conditions or disrespectful behavior.
